souta spams while mountain-climbing...
Not yet!

6 tenths!!

I will continue at my leisurely pace \(^^:;)
There's still plenty of time to view the scenery ♪

But you can't really see much...

And when does reception stop working?
As long as there still is, I'll keep making updates!

Just a bit more!
2008-08-15 17:54

Passing the 7/10 mark, I'm now 7.5 tenths up the mountain!!

On the way... (sweatdrop) there was an area where the sky cleared up, clouds disappeared, and I could see the scenery... (☆_☆)

Even my fatigue was blown away!

It's still early but... I'm so glad I was born on this earth~!!

Just a little while further until my final destination for today, which is 8 tenths up the mountain.

Can you see it?

'Cause it just suddenly appeared... f^_^;

It might be this season's first!

Mt. Fuji's shadow!

Can you see it?

Arrival!
2008-08-15 20:56

I've arrived at today's inn (^O^)

It's 3200 meters above sea level!

It's the highest inn I've been to so far (laugh)
I had curry for dinner ♪
Instant kill!!

I'll be getting up at 12:30 tomorrow (that's a.m., by the way...)!
It's so I can see the sunrise (>_<) that's why I'm going to sleep even earlier than a middle-schooler o(><)o

i'm exhausted just reading about this. there was one more entry that i'll work on later--too tired to focus on run-on sentences right now o_o;;

Top of Japan!

When I got to the summit just past 3 a.m. I wanted to update but my battery went out... (´Д`)

That's why I'm updating now 5 tenths down the mountain, as I'm done recharging!

Man~It's been really tough since the 8 tenths mark!
On top of it being really dark and not being able to see the road, the air's gotten very thin (>_<) Thank god for my oxygen bottle!! Well~thanks to it, I was able to see a different version of Mt. Fuji's shadow, which I mentioned yesterday afternoon, this time reflected under the moonlight (^O^)/ (I tried to take a photo but it came out completely black...) And about the summit, I spent about an hour and half waiting for the sunrise! Thanks to clouds I couldn't see it clearly... (:_;) What's with this anticlimactic ending (laugh) But after about fifteen minutes, the view from the top of Mt. Fuji was incredible. I guess it's something you have to see for yourself (ノ><)ノ And it's all the more emotional because of the trouble it took o(^-^o)(o^-^)o It was tough getting there, but if you cross that obstacle and reach your objective, it'll be worth it in the end~ I'd like to climb Mt. Fuji again someday. Once again by myself...?

i lied about wanting to wait to translate this one.
is it just me or has souta consistently been dropping hints about wanting a girlfriend? he keeps talking about how "alone" he is!!! (see christmas entry 07) any volunteers to, uh, ease his loneliness? XDDD
